Excel Construction Company, LLC, a General Contractor is seeking subcontractors and supplier proposals for the Magnolia Ridge III project in Stillwater, OK. The project consists of (3) 12 unit, multi-family apartments . 15,054 S.F. per complex. All Construction trades needed. Plans and specifications will be available and may be obtained from Excel Construction. Every opportunity will be given to local residents, including but not limited to HUD Section 3 employment and Section 3 businesses as long as they have not been debarred.
